Welding xar 400 steel plate sheet coil mechanical properties

Every customer who has visit us and witness the steel materials before delievry will be impressed by our quality control departemnt. Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. For each order, no matter its quantity and value, our quality control departemnt will make strict inspection before delivery, the inspection contents include apperance, tolerance, dimension, mark, special requirements of customers, etc. To guarantee our steel materials sent to the customer is qualified.

During the welding of hardfacing wear-resistant steel plate, xar 400 steel plate, the welding shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawing, welding process and relevant standards. Follow the welding sequence of first welding the base layer, then welding the transition layer, and then welding the multiple layer. In order to prevent adhesion of welding spatter, anti spatter coating should be applied within 100 mm on both sides of groove of stainless steel clad plate before welding.

The quality grade symbols of Q235 steel plate are A, B, C and D respectively. Different grades represent different impact temperatures. xar 400 steel plate, Q235A is not required for impact toughness test; Q235B is required for impact toughness test at room temperature (20 ℃); Q235C is required for impact toughness test at 0 ℃; Q235D is required for impact toughness test at - 20 ℃. For the above-mentioned B, C and D grade steels, Akv ≥27J is required under different temperature requirements. At different impact temperature, the impact value is also different.
