Salt bath NaCl:BaCl=3:7 can be heated at a temperature of 820, time is 30 seconds/mm (mm refers to the effective thickness of the part), oil cooling. Tempering temperature is 280, air furnace time is 2 hours, and nitrate furnace time is 30 minutes.
