S235JR grade is actively used to implement civil engineering solutions. Steel structures are made from S235JR steel for the construction of industrial and residential facilities, parts of power transmission towers, elements of equipment, offshore structures, oil and gas platforms, automobile bridges and other structures. S235JR steel plate can be welded without restrictions, without subsequent heat treatment and without heating; however, note that as the product thickness increases, so does the risk of cold cracks.

42CrMo alloy steel HARDOX 400 specification: low temperature tempering welding performance thermal processingThe heating temperature is 1150 ~1200°C, the starting temperature is 1130 ~1180°C, the ending temperature is> 850°C, and when φ> 50mm, slow cooling. The normalizing temperature is 850~900°C, and the furnace is air cooled. High temperature tempering: Tempering temperature is 680~700°C, and it is air-cooled from the furnace.

The Egypt customer ordered 130 tons HARDOX 400 specification stainless steel plate in stock, and this batch has left port today for its destination today(October 25th, 2019). 316l stainless steel is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. This material has better corrosion resistant property than 304/314L for it's higher Ni and Mo content. (it is considered to be marine grade stainless steel, not suitable for warm sea water treatment). 316L austenitic stainless steel supplied by our company has good formability and weldablity, additionally it is proved to have excellent properties of tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths in elevated temperature environment.
