Grades element of HARDOX 400, Q345 (16Mn) and Q390 steel have good comprehensive mechanical properties, good welding performance, cold and hot workability and corrosion resistance. C, D, E grade steel has good low temperature toughness. Mainly used for ships, boilers, pressure vessels, petroleum storage tanks, bridges, power station equipment, lifting and transportation machinery and other higher-load welding structural parts.

BBN steel had provided Grind plates for more than 15 years for widely applied in equipment, Engineer machinery etc. In 2018, one of our India customer visit our element of HARDOX 400 office and work shop to discuss Q235B Grind plate technical request, they have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing. As a result, they purchase element of HARDOX 400 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. And have good comment on our quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.
