In order to bend the wear-resistant steel plate more simply and effectively, it is recommended to use hydraulic pipe bender for bending, and the corresponding mold should be equipped with the machine in advance. EN 10025-2 steel includes S235 steel (S235JR, S235J0, S235J2), S275 steel (S275JR, S275J0, S275J2), S355 steel (S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S355K2), S450 steel (S450J0). According to EN 10025-2, the thickness of S450J0 plate is within 3-150mm. The welding process of HARDOX 500, S235 steel, S275 steel and S355 steel plate thickness is ≤250mm. However, the S235J2, S275J2, S355J2 and S355K2 plates limitation is ≤400mm.
