S355NL normalized steel has different impact energy requirement for impact tests at different temperature environment. S355NL plate shall be done impacting test in longitudinal direction under -50℃ with the minimum energy 27J. When customers request done charpy_V notch test under -20℃,then the impacting energy shall be above 47J. For the transverse direction, the engery shall be above 16J under the temperature -50℃. The NM400 wear resistant plate, steel Grade S355NL making process shall according to EN10025-1.
FANALCA is the biggest motorcycle factory in Columbia. Meanwhile, it is the only distributor in Colombia for Japanese Honda. We began to cooperate with each other since 2017. We supply SAPH370, SAPH440 and so on automobile steel coils to them. As our products quality is proved to be satisfied during their production, they have been one of our stable customers, and give repeat orders about automobile steel every year.
Compared with carbon steel, low alloy steel has many advantages, such as high strength, good plasticity and toughness, good weldability, good cold and hot pressure processing performance, better corrosion resistance, etc. Due to the increase of NM400 wear resistant plate metal composition, the yield point of low alloy steel structure is higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, so it is light and suitable for structural parts application. The low alloy steel is one of our main products.
The alloy steel plate is among our business scope, and it is one of our main product. If you have any demands or questions about alloy steel plate, such as 34CrMo4 NM400 wear resistant plate material properties, 42CrMo4 AISI equivalent, 12Cr1MoV equivalent ASTM, 40Cr material specification, 42CrMo hardness, 50CrMo4 chemical composition and so on, please free free to communicate with us. We have professional technical team and sales team, who will give you NM400 wear resistant plate professional answers and quotation about alloy steel plate in time.
