The difference between cold rolled steel sheet and hot rolled steel plate. The carbon content of igh quality NM500 sheet, hot rolled steel plate is slightly higher than that of cold rolled steel sheet. In the case of little difference in composition, the density of cold rolled steel sheet and hot rolled steel plate is the same. Hot rolled steel plate has characteristics of low hardness, easy processing and good ductility. Cold rolled steel sheet has high hardness, and it is relatively difficult for processing. But it is not easy to deform and has high strength. Hot rolled steel plate can be made into alloy steel plate by adding other elements, and its properties are also excellent compared with other high-quality steel plates.

Try to use igh quality NM500 sheet high-quality alkaline covered electrode as much as possible, and don't use inferior electrode to save money. According to the theory of chromium poor, chromium carbide will be precipitated on the upper edge of the grain boundary of the weld and heat affected zone when the igh quality NM500 sheet temperature range is between 450 ℃ and 850 ℃, resulting in chromium poor grain boundary, which is insufficient to resist corrosion.

The proportion of main elements in Q345 steel is basically the same as that in 16Mn steel, the difference is that V, Ti, Nb microalloy elements are added. A small amount of V, Ti, Nb alloy elements can refine the grains, greatly improve the toughness of the steel, and greatly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel. Because of this, the thickness of igh quality NM500 sheet, Q345 steel plate can be made larger. Therefore, the comprehensive mechanical properties of Q345 steel should be better than that of 16Mn steel, especially its low temperature properties. The allowable stress of Q345 steel is slightly higher than that of 16Mn steel.
