Tianjin warehouse mainly stores steel plates and steel pipes. The monthly replenishment is about 12000 tons. Our inventory cycle is short and flexible. Shanghai warehouse mainly stores NM400 use for bridge ,steel plate and section steel. The average monthly purchase volume is about 15000 tons. The geographical location of the warehouse has greatly improved our performance in terms of transportation and delivery time.

The preparation of NM400 use for bridge galvanized steel before welding is the same as that of ordinary low-carbon steel. It is necessary to carefully handle the groove size and nearby galvanized layer. In order to achieve penetration, the groove size shall be appropriate, generally 60 ~ 65 °, with a certain gap, generally 1.5 ~ 2.5mm; in order to reduce the penetration of zinc into the weld, the galvanized layer in the groove can be removed before welding. In the practical work, the centralized beveling, no blunt edge technology for NM400 use for bridge centralized control, two-layer welding process, reducing the possibility of incomplete penetration.

our company offered 2950 ton A36 steel NM400 use for bridge plate to Philippines customer, which was used to build water supply project. It is the government project. The procurement with their project engineer come to China to discuss this project in middle of 2016. Chemical composition differences between the NM400 use for bridge, Q345 steel grades (Q345A / Q345B / Q345C / Q345D / Q345E):Q345A steel：C≤0.20，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.035，S≤0.035； Q345B steel：C≤0.20，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.035，S≤0.035； Q345C steel：C≤0.20，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.030，S≤0.030，Al≥0.015； Q345D steel：C≤0.18，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.030，S≤0.025，Al≥0.015； Q345E steel：C≤0.18，Mn ≤1.70，Si≤0.50，P≤0.025，S≤0.020，Al≥0.015； All the Q345 steel grades contain Nb≤0.07，V≤0.15，Ti≤0.20，Cr≤0.30，Ni≤0.012，Mo≤0.10。
