In August 2011, the expanded license for the special equipment material manufacturing of NM400 equivalent material steel plates for heavy steel boilers and pressure vessels successfully passed the expert review and identification. At this point, the company has the qualification to produce steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels with a maximum thickness of 80 mm. Production continues to be at the leading domestic level. Our boiler steel plate has been widely used in the NM400 equivalent material manufacture of I, II, III pressure vessels and various pressure vessel reaction tanks.

Compared with ordinary carbon steel plate, manganese steel plate has the following advantages. First, NM400 equivalent material, manganese steel plate is convenient for welding and processing. Second, manganese steel plate has good heat resistance, and can be processed into various containers. Third, manganese steel plate has good toughness. It is not easy to fracture and has long service life. Fourth, the performance of manganese steel plate is good at low temperature. It will not fracture because of temperature, so it can be used in cold areas.

In 2015, we offered 230 tons 309S and 310S stainless steel NM400 equivalent material plate to Vietnam fabrication company. The products are used in fabricating machine for this company. Then the customer sell the machine to south America and European market. This Vietnam company purchase more than 100 ton stainless steel from us every month.
