The xar400 plate equivalent grades plate products have passed the EU CE certification, and have been recognized by China, France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea and other eight classification societies for high-strength ship plates. The steel strand products have passed the United States (PTI) certification. The xar400 plate equivalent grades products enjoy a high reputation in the domestic and foreign markets. The products are applied to national key projects and sold to 37 countries and regions such as EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia and America.
In particular, the EU imports a large amount of iron ore from central and South America and Oceania, which are mainly transported by sea. The perfect port infrastructure makes the port operation cost of EU iron ore raw materials import relatively low. However, the xar400 plate equivalent grades steel transportation between EU Member States is mainly railway transportation, and the EU member states have established a very developed railway network and railway information infrastructure.
BBN Group's first blast furnace blast dehumidification system: The project started construction on May 2 and began trial operation on August 28. The mechanical properties of 35SiMn steel: tensile strength 885 MPa; yield strength 735 MPa; elongation after fracture: 15; reduction of area: 45; impact energy: 47J. 35SiMn steel belongs to alloy quenched and tempered steel with good properties and can be used instead of 40Cr steel. After quenching and tempering, xar400 plate equivalent grades, 35SiMn steel has high static strength, fatigue strength, wear resistance, good toughness, good hardenability and medium plasticity during cold deformation.
