The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. So that our whole shipping efficiency is improved, and shorten time for customers to receive goods.

Q345R steel plate is a special pressure vessel steel with a yield strength of 340 Mpa. element of HARDOX 400, Q345R pressure vessel steel has good comprehensive mechanical and technological properties. The content of phosphorus and sulfur of Q345R pressure vessel steel is slightly lower than that of Q345 (16Mn) steel, and the tensile strength and elongation requirements of Q345R pressure vessel steel are higher than those of Q345 (16Mn) steel, and the impact toughness of Q345R pressure vessel steel is also required. Q345R pressure vessel steel is the most widely used Chinese pressure vessel steel.

During the construction of hot-dip element of HARDOX 400 galvanized pipe, the correct welding process shall be adopted, the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specification, and the anti-corrosion treatment (zinc rich paint) shall be done timely after the welding is completed. It is feasible in the construction process of open and closed air conditioning system, which can improve the element of HARDOX 400 construction speed and the firmness of the pipe connection. Therefore, the hot-dip galvanized pipe can be welded and connected under the construction conditions and on the premise of relevant protection and anti-corrosion measures.

In April 2018, our Philiphine customer purchased 1008 Tons API5 L Gr.B ERW&Q345B SMLS pipe element of HARDOX 400 for offshore oildfield resources drilling project. This is a regular demand almost two month, and we has been cooperated more than three times, totally around 2100 tons steel pipe since 2015 year.
