2660 ton nm300 steel high strength sheet supplied to Vietnam

However, demand for large welded pipes is expected to remain weak in the oil and gas industry. In 2020, the steel consumption of steel pipe industry will account for 13% of EU nm300 steel high strength sheet steel consumption market. Uestf predicts that in 2020, the output of steel pipe industry will continue the downward trend of 2019, with a year-on-year decrease of 19.4%, and a rebound of 9.8% in 2021.

Chromium, aluminum, silicon and other elements can improve the oxidation resistance of steel and the corrosion resistance of high-temperature gas, but excessive aluminum and silicon will deteriorate the thermoplasticity of steel.

The weldability of nm300 steel high strength sheet is good. It means that under certain process and construction conditions, nm300 steel high strength sheet can obtain good performance after welding. Weldability is a measure of the hot workability of steel. Weldability can be divided into weldability in construction and weldability in use. Weldability in construction refers to the sensitivity of cracking in weld metal and near seam zone, and hardening sensitivity of steel in near seam zone. Good weldability means that under certain welding process conditions, the weld metal and steel near the seam do not produce cracks. Weldability in use means that the mechanical properties of weld and HAZ steel are not lower than those of base metal.
