When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials HARDOX 500 welding. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

The tensile strength of seamless steel pipe is more than 8-10 times of that of ordinary steel, and its elastic modulus is better than that of steel, with excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance and seismic resistance; the mechanical performance of seamless steel pipe is excellent, easy to machine, etc.; the seamless steel pipe HARDOX 500 welding is highly elastic, reused in mechanical equipment, memoryless, deformation free, and antistatic.

How to distinguish between hot rolled and cold rolled process?The hot-rolled steel sheet has low strength, easy production and processing, and good plasticity. The process performance of the hot-rolled steel plate is poor (air oxidation and low smoothness), but the plastic deformation is good. Generally, it is medium and thick plate, HARDOX 500 welding, high compressive strength, high strength, and high surface smoothness. Cold-rolled steel sheets have high strength and relatively difficult production and processing, but they are not easy to deform and have high compressive strength.

In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, HARDOX 500 welding I beam and other profile steel to local market.
