LSAW pipe production line range is OD 406mm-1524mm, wall thickness 6mm-50mm, Annual capacity is 150 thousand tons.

The defects of weldability of NM400 plate, wear-resistant plate in rolling process can be divided into raw material defects, surface spot defects, plate shape defects and edge defects. The so-called raw material defects refer to some defects caused by raw materials and kept or remained in the cold rolling process. The defects of raw materials usually include bubbles, inclusions, iron sheet pressing in, raw material scratches and roll marks. The stain defect of wear-resistant plate is mainly caused by the oil on the surface of strip steel and the iron powder produced during rolling, which is left on the surface of strip steel after rolling.
