Laser cutting has good cutting quality, narrow cutting width (generally 0.1-0.5m m), high accuracy (generally 0.1-0.4mm hole center distance error, 0.1-0.5mm contour dimension error), good surface roughness (generally Ra is 12.5-25μm), and the NM400 wear resistant plate cutting seam can be welded without further processing. Fast cutting speed: for example, with 2kW laser power, the cutting speed of 8mm thick carbon steel is 1.6m/min.
The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. The executive standard of P235TR1 steel is EN 10216-1. NM400 wear resistant plate, P235TR1 steel is suitable for manufacturing pipes, vessels, equipment, pipe fittings and steel structures. Chemical composition of P235TR1 steel: C ≤ 0.16, Si ≤ 0.35, Mn ≤ 1.2, P ≤ 0.025, S ≤ 0.02, Cr ≤ 0.30, Mo ≤ 0.06, Ni ≤ 0.30, Cu ≤ 0.30, Nb ≤ 0.01, Ti ≤ 0.04, V ≤ 0.02. Chemical composition of P235TR1 steel: tensile strength 360-500 MPa, yield strength ≥ 235 MPa, elongation ≥ 25%. The main steel pipe grades under EN 10216-1 are P195TR1, P195TR2, P235TR1, P235TR2, P265TR1 and P265TR2.
