Q370q steel is a kind of bridge steel plate. It is delivered in hot rolled, normalized condition. There are three quality levels Q370qC, Q370qD, and Q370qE. Bridge steel Q370qC, Q370qD, NM400 steel equivalent and Q370qE steel plates have different impact temperatures: C represents 0℃, D represents -20 ℃, and E represents -40℃. Q370qC-Z25 steel plate can be hot-rolled and normalized heat-treated. When mechanical properties are required, large thickness must be normalized. The thickness of Q370q steel plate we supply is above 8mm.

No. 45 steel is commonly used medium carbon quenched and tempered structural steel. The cold plasticity of No. 45 steel is generally better than NM400 steel equivalent. Annealing and normalizing are better than quenching and tempering. No. 45 steel has higher strength and better machinability than Q345 steel. After proper heat treatment, it can obtain certain toughness, plasticity and wear resistance. No. 45 steel NM400 steel equivalent is suitable for hydrogen welding and argon arc welding, but not suitable for gas welding. Preheating is required before welding, and stress relief annealing shall be conducted after welding.

Q235 is a kind of carbon steel. NM400 steel equivalent, Q235 steel is widely used in steel structure construction because of its good toughness, good plasticity, certain elongation, good welding performance and heating performance. Q235A steel plate contains C ≤ 0.22%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.050, P ≤ 0.045. Q235B steel plate contains C ≤ 0.20%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.045, P ≤ 0.045. Q235C steel plate contains C ≤ 0.17%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.040, P ≤ 0.040. Q235D steel plate contains C ≤ 0.17%, Mn ≤ 1.4%, Si ≤ 0.35%, S ≤ 0.035, P ≤ 0.035.
