We have 4 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm-3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Product wear resistance of NM400 annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.

According to the economic development trend in Asia and the economic development of China, India, Japan and ASEAN, it is estimated that the steel consumption in Asia will be 1228 million tons in 2019, with a year-on-year growth of 6.6%; the wear resistance of NM400 steel demand in Asia in 2020 is predicted to be 1.241 billion tons, with a year-on-year growth of 1.1%. According to the wear resistance of NM400 economic development of Europe, it is estimated that the steel consumption in Europe will be 202 million tons in 2019, with a year-on-year decrease of 3.3%; the steel demand in Europe in 2020 is predicted to be 205 million tons, with a year-on-year growth of 1.5%.

The wear resistance of NM400 plate products have passed the EU CE certification, and have been recognized by China, France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea and other eight classification societies for high-strength ship plates. The steel strand products have passed the United States (PTI) certification. The wear resistance of NM400 products enjoy a high reputation in the domestic and foreign markets. The products are applied to national key projects and sold to 37 countries and regions such as EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia and America.

Both the cross rolling method and the extrusion method must first heat the tube blank or ingot, and the steel tube produced is called hot rolling tube. Steel pipes produced by hot working can sometimes be cold worked as required. There are two methods of cold working: one is cold drawing, that is, drawing the wear resistance of NM400 steel pipe through the drawing die to make the steel pipe gradually thin and elongate; the other is cold rolling, which is the method of applying the hot rolling mill invented by the menesmann brothers to cold working. The cold working of wear resistance of NM400 seamless steel pipe can improve the size accuracy and finish of steel pipe, and improve the mechanical properties of materials.
