As a leading element of HARDOX 400, S420NL hot rolled plates and sheets supplier, we can supply structural steel S420NL plates up to 250mm. It is often delivered in normalized or normalized rolled condition. When customers need doing the third party inspection for S420NL steel plates,our mill would issue the MTC under format EN10204 3.2, the third party can stamped and report the result on our original MTC when inspection is done completely.
Weathering steel is made of ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of copper, nickel and other corrosion-resistant elements. It has the characteristics of high-quality steel, such as strength, toughness, ductility, forming, welding and cutting, abrasion, high temperature, fatigue and so on. The weathering resistance of weathering steel is 2-8 times of that of plain carbon steel element of HARDOX 400, and the coating property is 1.5-10 times of that of plain carbon steel. Weathering steel has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance, life extension, thinning and consumption reduction, labor saving and energy saving, etc..

Mechanical properties of 42SiMn steel: tensile strength 885 MPa; yield strength 735 MPa; elongation after fracture: 15; reduction of area: 40; impact energy: 47J. 42SiMn steel belongs to alloy quenched and tempered steel with good properties, high strength, wear resistance and hardenability. Under certain conditions, the strength, wear resistance and hot working performance of 42SiMn steel are better than 40Cr steel, element of HARDOX 400, and can be used instead of 40CrNi steel.
