The metal structure of 15CrMo steel is martensite. This material has good oxidation resistance at about 650℃, good thermal strength below 600 ℃, and good shock absorption and thermal conductivity. As a result, wide and thinner NM400 wear resistant plate steel plates can be produced. For example, 20 high mill can produce as thin as 0. 001 mm sheet, but the two high mill can only produce as thin as 0. 35mm sheet

The yield strength of NM400 wear resistant plate, Q235 steel plate decreases with the increase of thickness. Q235 steel plate thickness≤16mm, yield strength is 235MPA; 16mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤40mm, yield strength is 225MPA; 40mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤60mm, yield strength is 215MPA; 60mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤100mm, yield strength is 205MPA; 100mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤150mm, yield strength is 195MPA; 150mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤200mm, yield strength is 185MPA.
