Export and import nm500 gb standard sheet low alloy steel

We have new significant NM500 gb standard sheet projects in Nigeria. It is about crude oil storage tanks. With the development of our steel materials business in the Africa those years, Nigeria has been an important market to us. And we have many NM500 gb standard sheet famous projects in local and also participated in a lot of governmental projects. This crude oil storage tanks project is a very big engineering, and lasts for years. This is the only initial stage. We are under negotiation about following installation and further demands etc. matters.

In order to obtain the seamless tube with smaller size and better quality, the method of cold rolling, cold drawing or the combination of the two must be used. Cold rolling is usually carried out on a two high mill, and NM500 gb standard sheet pipes are rolled in a circular pass composed of a variable cross-section circular groove and a fixed conical head. Cold drawing is usually carried out on single chain or double chain cold drawing machines of 0.5-100t.

NM500 gb standard sheet, Grade P295GH chemical composition under EN10028-2:2003 is displayed as follows. Chemical composition (C: 0.08 to 0.20; Cr: ≤0.30; Si: ≤0.40; Cu: ≤0.30;Mn: 0.90 to 1.50; Mo: ≤0.08;P: ≤0.025; Nb: ≤0.020;S: ≤0.015; Ni: ≤0.30;Al: ≤0.020; Ti: 0.03; N: ≤0.012; Vi: ≤0.02). The yield Strength MPa (min) of P295GH steel plate with thickness less than 16mm is 295MPa, and the tensile strength is 460-580MPa.
