Our welding process of HARDOX 500 pipeline steel has once again helped the construction of the China-Russia East Line Natural Gas Pipeline. During 2017 - 2018, the company successively supplied more than 10,000 tons of high-grade pipeline steel materials for the northern section of the Sino-Russian Eastern Gas Pipeline project, helping the northern section of the welding process of HARDOX 500 project to be successfully completed. Now we reload the task and will provide API 5L X80 high-grade pipeline steel for the middle section of the China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline project.
GB711-2011 Chinese steel standard is used in the manufacture of steel plates with a welding process of HARDOX 500 thickness of not more than 150mm for navigating ships, fishing boats and marine engineering structures in ocean, coastal and inland waterway areas. CCS/NV/GL550 steel is a structural steel for ships and marine engineering, divided into four quality grades A, D, E, F, namely AH550, DH550, EH550, FH550, H is high-strength building materials, and 550 is the lower yield strength.

In 2016,we brought our customer to visit our welding process of HARDOX 500 NM400 steel plate producing line and our Shanghai warehouse for 30000 tons plate and structure. As a result, Our client purchased 500 tons NM 400 as first order, which is shipped by 3 times. In future, BBN will always guarantee that all the delivery condition for Hardox plate provided will be with quenching and tempering, which is the best delivery type according GBT 24186 standard.
According to the data of the Bureau of statistics, the average monthly output of domestic welding process of HARDOX 500 and so on steel in the past five years (2015-2019) is 96.8696 million tons. In recent five years (2015-2019), the average monthly export volume of domestic steel is 7.2152 million tons, accounting for 7.45% of the average monthly steel output. The top 10 major exporters are South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia, accounting for 51.4% of the total domestic exports.
