BBN steel keeps hardox 400 equivalent in stock
Standing at a new historical starting point, we adapt to the requirements of supply side HARDOX 400 equivalent structural reform, adhere to the overall strategy of "innovation driven, quality leading, quality improving and efficiency increasing, transformation and development", and constantly improve the development concept and development level with a forward-looking vision and grand vision. Now we have been ranked the International leading HARDOX 400 equivalent steel materials supplier.
EN10025-6 S690 steel is a quenched and tempered high-strength non-alloy steel plate. The series of grades are S690Q, S690QL, and S690QL1. They are in accordance with the European standard EN10025-6. The steel specified in this standard can be used for the production of hot-rolled plates with steel grades HARDOX 400 equivalent, S460, S500, S550, S620, S690, S890, S960 series steel plates with a minimum nominal thickness of 3mm and a maximum nominal thickness of ≤150mm.
Ordinary carbon steel killed steel plate deoxidizes the liquid steel before making. When the liquid steel is poured into the ingot, its reaction is relatively calm and there is no boiling state. Advantages: this kind of steel plate HARDOX 400 equivalent has no gas, less impurities, uniform stress and good welding performance. Widely used in demanding parts
Forging method is to use forging hammer, precision forging machine, fast forging machine or hydraulic press to forge ingot into steel, billet or forging blank. Forging is the earliest HARDOX 400 equivalent processing method. Forging is divided into free forging and model forging. Forging method can obtain the finished steel with better mechanical properties and shapes that are not easy or impossible to obtain HARDOX 400 equivalent by rolling method.
The quality grade symbols of Q235 steel plate are A, B, C and D respectively. Different grades represent different impact temperatures. HARDOX 400 equivalent, Q235A is not required for impact toughness test; Q235B is required for impact toughness test at room temperature (20 ℃); Q235C is required for impact toughness test at 0 ℃; Q235D is required for impact toughness test at - 20 ℃. For the above-mentioned B, C and D grade steels, Akv ≥27J is required under different temperature requirements. At different impact temperature, the impact value is also different.
