Q245R boiler steel plate introduction: Q is the first letter of "Qu" Chinese Pinyin; Number 245 is the yield strength value; R: is the first character of "Rong" Chinese Pinyin. The hot rolling method is to heat the elongation of Hardox 450 steel steel material to about 1000 ℃ ~ 1250 ℃ and use the rolling mill to roll it. The traditional hot rolling process is generally divided into the following two steps: the first step is to use the primary rolling mill or billet rolling mill to roll the ingot, billet or continuous casting billet into a certain shape and size of billet. This kind of elongation of Hardox 450 steel rolling process is usually called semi-finished product production, also called blank production.

In 2013, one of our clients in Korea purchased 890 tons Q345B square tube from us for one building construction project. Our clients required no burr in the side of the tube, we finally produce the goods with great condition and +/-0.25mm tolerance for wall thickness, which is a very great tolerance with customers’ required size. Our square tube full available range is 2-16mm for wall thickness, and 40-500mm for width. In addition, our Q/C department will seriously control all of the process of every order.
