NM500A is the wear-resistant steel grade of BBN STEEL Plant, with a thickness between 8mm and 150mm. Good impact resistance. Wear resistant composite steel plate uses low carbon steel or low alloy, stainless steel and other toughness as the base material. The NM450 plate material metal material not only has good wear resistance, but also can withstand the impact and wear of falling from high to low in the transportation process. It has good heat resistance. Vanadium, molybdenum and other NM450 plate material alloy materials are added into the alloy wear-resistant layer during the manufacturing process, so it can be used and worn at high temperature ≤ 800 ℃. Compared with ordinary NM450 plate material carbon steel substrate, it can only be used below 380 ℃, while low alloy heat-resistant steel plate can work below 540 ℃. This shows how high the heat resistance coefficient of wear-resistant steel plate is. Good corrosion resistance.

As the thickness and hardness of NM450 plate material increase, the tendency to crack at the cutting edge increases. In order to prevent the NM450 plate material from cutting cracks, preheating should be carried out before NM450 plate material cutting. Special attention should be paid to preheating to make the entire NM450 plate material interface evenly heated to avoid local overheating in the area contacting the heat source. If the whole NM450 plate material cannot be preheated, the partial preheating method can be used instead.

T11 steel is a steel grade produced according to American Standard ASTM A213. T11 steel is used for boiler, superheater and heat exchanger tubes with minimum wall thickness. Chemical composition of ASTM A213 T11 steel: C 0.05-0.15, Si 0.50-1.00, Mn 0.30-0.60, P, S ≤ 0.025, Cr 1.00-1.50, Mo 0.44-0.65. Mechanical properties of ASTM A213 T11 steel: tensile strength ≥ 415 Mpa, yield strength ≥ 170 Mpa, elongation ≥ 30%. The main ASTM A213 steel pipe grades are A213 T11, A213 T12, A213 T22, NM450 plate material, etc.
